Awards

In less than three years, Cassaro has established itself as an award-winning winery garnering over 80 national and international awards and medals. In 2019, our first year to enter professional competitions our Avante Rose' was a State Fair of Texas Blue Ribbon winner and since its debut has won eleven international medals across a variety of competitions including the 2019 Houston Rodeo International Wine Competition Texas Class Champion. In 2020, our Texano Superiore and Sangiovese both won gold medals at the Lone Star International Wine Competition and our Avante Rose' and Montepulciano won gold at the San Antonio Rodeo International Wine Competition. In 2021, our Memorial Merlot garnered a Texas Class Champion award at the San Antonio Rodeo International Wine Competition and our Texano Superiore scored a gold at the Denver International Wine Competition. In 2022, the tradition continued as our Montepulciano won both Texas Class Champion and Reserve Class Champion at the prestigious Houston Rodeo International Wine Competition and our Dolcetto won gold at the New Orleans International Wine Competition.
